    Great share, thanks!

  2. Definitely makes sense. Each characteristic alludes to challenging the status quo in some respect. Being ready for the future, surrounding yourself with people who don’t just agree with your values and beliefs, and being able to abandon the past. Interestingly, all of these things are helped along by an improvisation skillset. Courage and willingness to fail and take risks. Giving new, risky, unfamiliar ideas a chance, especially from your diverse network. The reason Elon Musk is one of my heroes is that he decided that the only way to move the energy sustainability conversation forward was to prove that an electric car could be fun, practical, and achievable. Then he made them. The rest of the industry watched in awe and are only now following his lead.
